Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Methods

• Most mainland UK orders: Sent via DPD, fully tracked.

• Certain locations: Sent via Royal Mail to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

• Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, and other UK islands (including Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man): Sent via Royal Mail.

• Larger items such as rugs and lighting are carefully handled and shipped via DHL or DX Delivered.

2. Dispatch Times

• Standard orders: Dispatched within 48 hours

• Rugs and lighting: Dispatched within 3–5 business days

These times are estimates only. While we take care to dispatch promptly, we cannot accept financial liability for any delays once your order is with the delivery company.

3. Northern Ireland Administration Charges

• Delivery to Northern Ireland includes Logistics & Administration fees

• These fees are non-refundable

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are fully tracked, and tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Transit Loss or Damage

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

• We will work with the delivery company to resolve the issue, and where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. ( Please see our Returns Policy for Details)
