Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.

• We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount upfront at the time of purchase.

• Your payment method may be stored, and we will fulfil and charge any remaining balance (if applicable) when the item becomes available.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

• Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund where eligible.
